Opportunities made real! Volt is immediately hiring for a Quality Engineer Inspector in Anaheim, CA. As a Quality Engineer Inspector you will: Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), policies, procedures, and industry standards. Lead and maintain expertise in receiving, in-process, and final inspection procedures to ensure product quality. Oversee product configuration control and documentation. Manage risk assessment processes, corrective actions, internal audits, Gemba walks, calibration, non-conformance control, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Monitor and analyze vendor performance, track rejection reports, and ensure production accountability. Collaborate with suppliers, auditors, and engineers to address and resolve quality and compliance issues. Develop, update, and maintain quality documentation (QA manuals, SOPs, work instructions). Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet industry standards. Define and track performance metrics, conduct FMEA, and assess process effectiveness. Contribute to the development and refinement of the document control system. Undertake additional assignments to support quality and continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science or Engineering preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience with established quality systems. Experience in quality inspection using measuring equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of proper handling of electronic components and adherence to ESD procedures. Proficiency with Excel and ability to generate weekly/monthly reports. Strong computer literacy; ability to adapt to various software tools. Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and other certification/regulatory standards preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document processes and instructions clearly and concisely. Knowledge of escalation procedures, policies, and compliance. Soldering experience with electronic components, PCBA, and SMT is a plus.d.
