At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Assurance Manager in Fresno, CA Develop and maintain food safety and quality training programs Improve water activity control procedures to support product consistency Reduce verified consumer complaints through process improvements Ensure audit readiness for USDA Organic, USDA APHIS, NSF Costco/GMP, and SQF certifications Recruit and develop top-performing QC staff Address underperformance within 90 days of recognition Support leadership growth through targeted training initiatives Works with Operations team to maintain our food safety recall record of ZERO. Works with Operations team to reduce and maintain consumer complaints relating to food safety at a level below 1:1,000,000. This is a full time opportunity $28-$43.27 Day Shift The ideal candidate will have: Quality Assurance: 4 years (Required) SQF or equivalent: 3 years (Required) HACCP: 3 years (Required) Food & Beverage Manufacturing: 3 years (Required) Certified Food Safety HACCP Manager (CFSHM): Preferred Safe Quality Food Certification: Preferred HACCP Certification: Preferred Pay Rate: $28-$43.27 Per Hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
