Schedule: Standard hours are 8am–5pm, with oversight across three shifts. This role operates on-site at a fast-paced food manufacturing facility running 24/7. Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 annually *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications: 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations, specifically with raw foods Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field Hands-on knowledge of food safety regulations including FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, and CODEX Wastewater disposal experience — responsible for all plant-related disposals ERP system proficiency, especially with NetSuite or Redzone Experience managing large teams in fast-paced, high-volume production settings Strategic planning and change management capabilities As an Operations Manager you will: Lead and optimize operations across Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control, and Production Drive strategic planning, change control, and performance improvements Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, and CODEX standards Manage wastewater disposal and safety procedures Collaborate directly with the CEO, VP of Operations, and Controller Benefits: Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills and advance your career.
