Job Title: Fulfillment Technician II

Location: Illinois ( must hold active IL Pharmacy Technician license & certification )

Schedule: Business hours between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (shift assigned after training)

Training: 4-6 weeks, 8:00 AM-4:30/5:00 PM

Pay: $27.27/hour

Start Date: 10/06/2025

About the Role:

The Fulfillment Technician II supports pharmacists with prescription order fulfillment, including picking, labeling, packing, shipping, and inventory management. This role works closely with team leads and managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, label, pack, and ship prescription orders Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Perform data entry and assist with patient/provider communication Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, licensure, and CE requirements Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency Identify process improvements to support productivity and service quality Requirements:

Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license (must provide proof prior to interview) National certification (PTCB or NHA) required 1-2 years of pharmacy experience; retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills Ability to stand 6-7 hours/day and lift up to 30 lbs Experience with prescriptions, vaccines, and provider communication preferred Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:

$26.00 to $27.27 per hour
