Position Summary Mooring is seeking a hands-on, strategic IT Manager to lead the planning, execution, and support of our technology infrastructure across a multi-location, high-demand environment. This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a business mindset-ensuring that our systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across all company locations, including infrastructure, system monitoring, and service delivery Oversee cybersecurity and cloud systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure), ensuring protection, reliability, and compliance Partner senior leadership to shape and execute IT strategy in alignment with organizational growth Direct and collaborate with our MSP to ensure quality service, issue resolution, and continuous improvement Own IT asset lifecycle management, documentation, and business continuity planning Lead IT budgeting, procurement, vendor contracts, and licensing Serve as the senior escalation point for technical support issues and critical incidents Present IT roadmaps, initiatives, and risk assessments to executive leadership Maintain compliance with data security regulations and industry best practices Prepare and test disaster recovery and continuity plans for operational readiness Qualifications
Required:
5+ years in IT infrastructure or operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role Proven experience managing cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) and modern network environments Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk mitigation, and data compliance Excellent communication, documentation, and vendor management skills Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional IT initiatives and managing IT budgets Service-first mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and user experience Preferred:
Experience supporting IT in construction, restoration, or field-based industries Familiarity with compliance frameworks
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
