About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its regional network of schools. The CEO will be the primary accountable leader, responsible for the performance of the entire region and all its schools. This visionary and strategic role involves developing and articulating a compelling vision aligned with the national mission, leading the creation and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring the organization's compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of high-quality instructional programs, supporting school leaders, and establishing systems for monitoring student achievement and school climate.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' work experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory and management role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a high-performing educational organization, a strong understanding of urban education challenges, and experience in strategic planning, organizational growth, and operational management. Exceptional leadership, financial management, and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to educational equity and student success.
