Coordinator, Community and Fan Engagement (Pop)
A little bit about our team:
The Digital team at Atlantic Music Group is a full-service, agency-like marketing team dedicated to building artist careers at the intersection of music and technology. We are responsible for the entire digital strategy and marketing for all artists on our roster. As artist partners in 360 relationships, we cover all aspects of an artist's career, including music, touring, and merchandise. Through creative marketing campaigns, we build online and mobile fan communities with a focus on evolving how fans listen to, participate in, and purchase music and related products. We create, market, distribute, and optimize content, develop and implement CRM/fan acquisition strategies, and work with new, engaging digital platforms and startups.
Your role:
This role is perfect for a
superfan
-someone who lives and breathes music fandom. As the direct connection to our artists' fans, you'll be instrumental in building strong relationships and vibrant fan communities. You will not only help ideate fun fan interactions and meet-ups, but also build artist awareness through content creation and distribution. Your passion for music and understanding of artist fandoms will be key as you watch, listen, and tell us what fans are saying.
Here you'll get to:
Design and launch fan-first initiatives that deepen connection and reward fandom, from surprise drops and direct-to-consumer (D2C) activations to digital fan clubs and in-real-life (IRL) moments.
Create, build, and maintain relationships with fan pages, creators, influencers, and pop-leaning news accounts.
Identify opportunities to engage with our artists' fans online.
Help identify, produce, create, and edit timely and relevant short-form content for our artist fan groups and pages for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Provide reporting on fan page social growth and awareness.
Analyze and optimize social performance, identifying trends, testing formats, and delivering insights.
About you:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
You are passionate about music and tech.
You have amazing organizational abilities and are incredibly detail-oriented.
You can multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines and urgent tasks.
You are a self-starter who is resourceful and can work autonomously.
You are excellent at listening, interpreting, and communicating with confidence.
You are creative, curious, and willing to learn a little bit of everything.
We'd love it if you also had:
Working knowledge of interactive technologies and tools, including email, social media, and viral marketing techniques (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
An understanding of what content moves online conversations and what might be the next great social platform.
Experience and knowledge of streaming platforms.
Experience with Photoshop, video editing, and social media publishing tools.

Salary Range
$21.79 to $23.07 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
