Data Management Analyst - R10206675
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Management Analyst based out of Orlando, FL, with consideration for Bellevue, NE; McLean, VA; or Huntsville, AL. The role supports the CHORD portfolio, a Foreign Military Sales two-domain Cross Domain Solution. The successful candidate will be meticulous, collaborative, open, and team‑oriented, with a focus on empowerment, personal responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and delivering high performance.
Relocation assistance may be available. Travel: 10% of the time. Clearance: Secret.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Data Management (DM) duties for the program and interface with configuration management to track SDRLs through delivery and acceptance, including subcontractor SDRLs.
- Ensure consistent documentation formatting, coordinate peer reviews, address comments, deliver SDRLs to the customer, and track customer comments/acceptance.
- Apply experience with DM duties on a DoD program, manage document deliveries, and maintain high-quality documentation across the program.
Basic Qualifications
- A High School diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in English or related discipline may be considered with 2 years of relevant experience; Master’s or PhD reduce required experience accordingly.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively with other functional teams.
- Ability to track multiple document deliveries simultaneously, address customer comments, and redeliver.
- Experience in ensuring consistent, high-quality documentation.
- Experience with creation and publication of technical documentation and interpretation of technical data.
