Responsibilities

  • Perform Data Management (DM) duties for the CHORD program, a Cross Domain Solution.
  • Interface regularly with configuration management to track SDRLs through delivery and acceptance, including subcontractor SDRLs.
  • Ensure consistent documentation formatting, coordinate peer reviews, address comments, deliver SDRLs to the customer, and track customer comments/acceptance.
  • Utilize experience with DM duties on a DoD program and manage document deliveries to ensure high-quality documentation across the program.

Note: The CHORD portfolio involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and multiple contracts with various customers, requiring collaboration, transparency, and a focus on team empowerment and continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications

  • A High School diploma and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s Degree in English or related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience (0 years with a Masters; 0 years with a PhD) may also be considered.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other functional teams.
  • Ability to track multiple document deliveries simultaneously, addressing customer comments and redelivery.
  • Experience ensuring consistent, high-quality documentation.
  • Experience with creation and publication of technical documentation and interpretation of technical data.

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00. This range is a general guideline; base salary offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply, depending on the position. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results. Roles at Vice President or Director levels may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
