This analyst position will design and implement analytics-driven insights to optimize Lilly's diverse support offerings and device ecosystem, including Windows, Macs, iPhones/iPads, cellular services, and Citrix solutions. This role focuses on extracting actionable insights from ticket data, interaction data, and endpoint data to enhance employee productivity, streamline operations, and improve user experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate and with an appetite to make the employee experience better by driving data-informed enhancements and visualizations that support seamless collaboration and innovation. What You'll Be Doing: Solution Design and Integration: Architect analytics solutions that integrate ticket data, interaction data, endpoint data from platforms like Microsoft Intune, Absolute, and Nexthink for Windows, JAMF for macOS and iOS, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops for virtual environments, and cellular management tools to derive cross-platform insights and scalability recommendations. Advanced Modeling and Analytics Strategy: Develop predictive models and AI-driven analyses using endpoint data (e.g., telemetry, usage logs) to uncover trends, optimize device performance, and enhance user productivity, such as proactive issue detection or personalized configurations. Analytics for Compliance: Develop analytics models to monitor security metrics, compliance alignment, and risk factors from endpoint data, incorporating insights on zero-trust principles, encryption status, patch levels, and vulnerabilities. Dashboard and Visualization Leadership: Lead the creation of dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to provide real-time insights on endpoint health, compliance, and user metrics, enabling IT teams and leaders to make informed decisions. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, operations, employee experience groups, and executive leadership, to gather requirements and translate them into innovative analytics solutions that prioritize user satisfaction. What You Should Bring: Demonstrated passion for improving employee experiences through data insights, with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and user-centric design. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and data processing platforms, alongside familiarity with endpoint technologies like Nexthink, Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, Citrix Endpoint Management, and cellular solutions. Solid understanding of data modeling, AI techniques, and security analytics. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or relevant endpoint analytics certifications are highly desirable. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred OR a high school diploma/GED AND ten years experience in data engineering or data analytics roles. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, solution architecture, or endpoint management, with proven expertise in deriving insights from multi-platform environments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Citrix). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,750 - $180,400. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
