This is a full-time on-site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Senior Estimator / Project Manager. The Senior Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for preparing take-offs and cost estimates, managing project budgets, overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project completion within budget and schedule. Additional tasks include performing detailed analysis of construction plans, resolving project-related issues, and maintaining project documentation. Responsibilities

Ability to perform detailed analysis of construction plans and resolve project-related issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in estimating (HeavyBid) and take-off (Agtek) software.
