Production Controller (Aircraft)
This National Guard position is for a Production Controller (Aircraft), Position Description Number D1064000 and is part of the ID AASF, Idaho Army National Guard. This position is permanent. Responsibilities include: Analyzing allocated Flying Hour Program (FHP) and developing plans to optimize execution of flying hours with available resources to satisfy operational and training requirements. Analyzing supported Aviation units' logistics capabilities and training requirements and developing plans to improve technical proficiency of unit personnel. Developing maintenance plans to maximize AASF services to maintain aircraft readiness and projecting short and long-term maintenance requirements. Developing integrated workload schedules and priorities to balance operational and training flying requirements and logistics capabilities. Monitoring trends and providing planning factors for aircraft availability and maintenance schedule progress. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include: Military Grades: E-4 through E-7. The following qualifications must be represented by the contents of your resume: General Experience: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position. Specialized Experience: At least 12 months experience developing, organizing, and integrating plans, schedules, and resources for logistics support of AASF and unit maintenance operations. Education: There are no educational requirements for this position.
