Join our client as a Litigation Associate Attorney in New York, NY (In-Office), focusing on complex financial litigation from discovery through trial. You will work on asset valuation, accounting disputes, custody matters, and draft motions, nuptial agreements, and settlement agreements. This role is ideal for attorneys looking to expand their expertise in matrimonial and trust and estate litigation involving high-value cases.

Responsibilities as the Litigation Associate Attorney:

Case Management:

Manage all phases of litigation from discovery through trial, including complex financial and custody matters. Legal Research & Writing:

Draft motions, briefs, court submissions, and agreements, including nuptial and settlement documents. Discovery & Trial Preparation:

Oversee document discovery, prepare witnesses, and analyze expert reports to support trial strategy. Financial Litigation:

Handle cases involving asset valuation, accounting issues, and other high-value financial disputes. Client Representation:

Advise and advocate for high-net-worth clients in matrimonial and trust and estate matters. Qualifications for the Litigation Associate Attorney:

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required. Licensure:

Admission to the New York State Bar required. Experience:

1-3 years of litigation experience required, with a preference for exposure to complex financial, matrimonial, or trust and estate matters. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex cases while remaining detail-oriented and committed to client service and advocacy. Application Notice:
