Under the supervision of the Director of the Campus Assistance Program and Drug Testing Program, the incumbent will provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Director, Medical Director and staff in the day-to-day operations of the Campus Assistance and Drug Testing services. Under the supervision of the Director of the Office of Student Success and Wellness (OSSW), the incumbent will independently manage processes and provide administrative and clerical assistance in the day-to-day operations of the Office of Student Success and Wellness. Serve as an assistant to the director and staff, utilizing telephone services to communicate with the public concerning the different programs provided by the department as well as intakes and scheduling of appointments for the department staff. Independently draft communications along with maintaining academic, medical, and administrative correspondence for the Campus Health Department. Coordinate and manage communication operations for the OSSW by independently handling telephone and email correspondence with the LSUHSC - NO community regarding departmental programs, intake processes, and appointment scheduling. Assist the drug testing coordinator and provide backup for LSUHSC drug testing services in the absence of the drug testing coordinator in accordance with rules, regulations and policies. Record, sort and distribute pertinent information related to the Campus Assistance Program and Drug Testing Program. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required Education: Other. Field(s) of Study: Indicate the minimum number of years required to perform the job. 3.0. Experience: Experience in administrative services.
