Position Summary
LSUHSC-NO Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery seeks a highly organized and experienced Department Operations Coordinator to provide professional level administrative support to the Department Head, the departmental administrative team and other departmental faculty. Responsibilities will also include administrative assistance to the Department Head, Department Executive Committee, and faculty; administrative assistance for all departmental committees including, Alumni Committee, Proctorship & Mentorship committee, Oral Cancer Screening and Cancer Buddy programs, etc. Excellent communication and time management skills are required.
