We're looking for an experienced
CNC Programmer
to join our team at the senior level, with a strong background in multi-axis machining and a passion for precision manufacturing. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a regulated, high-performance environment and enjoys mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
Develop efficient machining strategies with a deep understanding of tooling, speeds, and feeds
Work with
GibbsCAM
(or similar software such as Mastercam or ESPRIT)
Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support and train junior machinists and setup personnel
Ensure quality and compliance in a precision-regulated environment (medical device experience a strong plus)
Required Experience:
Minimum
7 years of CNC programming
experience
Strong hands-on machining skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on high-tolerance components
Departments & Equipment:
Lathe / Mill Turn Department:
Machines: Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150
Software: GibbsCAM
Swiss Department:
Machines: Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16
Software: GibbsCAM
