Maintains responsibility for executing and delivering national (Tier 1) and retailer (Tier 3) advertising campaign programs that support three (3) Love Promise Community Commitment causes, third-party Awards and Accolades, and other Subaru retailer recognition programs. Supports digital and physical content development and implementation to enhance the retail experience. Primary Responsibilities
Brand Equity - Campaign and Creative Material Development: Collaborates with internal stakeholders and gathers national (Tier 1) and retailer (Tier 3) content needs, best practices, and timelines to support the planning, development, and production of advertising campaigns. Supports the execution of the production of advertising materials, including TV, videos, digital content, print, point-of-purchase (POP), and drafts of retailer communications through regular reviews of creative, ensuring that quality standards and strategic brand messaging objectives are met. Provides clear, consolidated, and concise direction to agency partners to aid in the creative development and implementation process. Facilitates the review, accuracy, and compliance of advertising materials pre-campaign launch with Legal, Risk Management, Product Management, Creative Services, and ad agencies. Maintains responsibility for communicating timing and deadlines to pertinent internal and external stakeholders. Supports campaigns and programs such as three (3) Love Promise Community Commitment causes (Subaru Loves to Help, Loves to Care, and Loves Pets), third-party Awards and Accolades (e.g., Consumer Reports, Insurance Institute for Highway Safety [IIHS], Kelley Blue Book [KBB], etc.), and other brand/industry news. Retailer Merchandising - POP (Physical and Digital): Supports the development of retailer merchandising plans in physical and digital screen mediums. Physical POP: Supports in the creative development and deployment of Physical Vehicle Display Kits, the overall reduction of historic printed POP materials, and ongoing audit/analysis of printed materials distributed to retailers. Digital POP Content: Acts as a key contact for all digital POP content initiatives across the organization, aiding in the development of campaign materials, and supporting product launches and other promotional content while ensuring the brand's values and guidelines. New Retail Environments: Supports Advertising Manager and internal stakeholders on executing content needs and defining content requirements for implementation in newer retail environments. Retailer Recognition Content: Executes and leads on ad hoc projects and content productions, including retailer recognition videos and supporting materials, additional Love Promise program needs as they arise, and media partner content reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Heavily interacts and works cross-functionally with external agencies and internal Subaru of America (SOA) stakeholders including executives, Legal, Brand Partnerships, Accounting, Corporate Responsibility, Field Team, Corporate Communications, Risk Management, Customer Advocacy, Information Technology (IT), Creative Services, vendors, and others in the greater Subaru organization. Provides clear, concise, consolidated direction to appropriate teams. Presentations: Prepares for, attends, and presents at various internal and external meetings and conferences. Agency Management: Oversees the relationship with advertising agencies to ensure optimal communication and performance on various projects. Clearly communicates strategy, direction, and deliverables to meet deadlines. Qualifications
Advertising production and agency experience preferred Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Ability to be responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Content management system and digital asset management experience preferred. Ability to work collaboratively across teams as well as independently. Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization, including executive team. Adept at building relationships. Creative solution-seeking skills and problem-solving skills. Understanding of the automotive industry, nonprofits, cause marketing, brand partnerships, or experience related to these areas preferred. Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required At least six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in advertising production, marketing, or related field. Work Environment
Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding) Travel: 30% (International & Domestic) Compensation
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000 - $115,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P3) Why Join Us?
