Our HR Technology and Operations (HRTO) organization oversees the global HR technology and analytics strategy and portfolio and provides HR shared services and operational support across the enterprise. Analytics is key capability in HRTO, with a growing centralized People reporting and analytics team. The People Analytics Manager plays a vital role in the team, driving the foundational work necessary to deliver and execute analytics solutions and products. Responsibilities include streamlining data management, building automated data pipelines, and creating data products for People Analytics to advance business intelligence capabilities within the HR function. You will also build and maintain security pipelines for People Analytics products, develop data products leveraging Python and Microsoft Fabric, and build and maintain robust and scalable semantic data models for AI-ready People Analytics dashboards. Basic requirements include a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant professional experience in reporting and analytics and/or data engineering. Proficiency in data management using SQL or Microsoft Fabric is preferred, along with experience in analytics/statistical tools like R or Python and data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI. Additional skills and preferences include experience managing projects and independently driving deliverables, a solid understanding of Human Resources data and related business processes, and strong written and interpersonal communication skills. The preferred location for this position is Indianapolis, however remote work may be considered. Travel is less than 10% if based in Indianapolis; 15% if remote. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $57,750 - $129,800. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefit program.
