Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Data Center Floor Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple data centers. This role is a hybrid between day-to-day floor management and project coordination, supporting both technical execution and some customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have deep data center experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
Proven experience in technical leadership
Familiarity with Nlyte
Strong understanding of fiber and CAT6 cabling, patching, and testing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
Experience with ServiceNow for request and change management.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of data center power systems and rack voltage limitations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills. null
