Job Descriptions: Our company is looking for a Full Time Sales Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the dealership. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a professional manner. Schedule and confirm sales appointments as directed by the sales team. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and showroom entryway. Provide basic dealership and product information to customers or direct them to the appropriate staff. Assist the sales team with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Maintain customer logs, visitor records, and showroom traffic reports. Support dealership events, promotions, and community outreach activities when needed. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth sales department operations. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support (automotive industry experience preferred but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn dealership software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Team player with a customer-first mindset. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus We Offer:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
