Business Analyst Ii
Hexaware seeks business analyst ii to work in iselin, nj and various unanticipated locations throughout the us to conduct comprehensive analysis of existing global broking placement processes. Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the overall transformation goals. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to broking placement initiatives. Develop and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators for the transformation program. Contribute ideas and inputs to new business opportunities. Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the transformation program. Ensure alignment of requirements with the broader goals of the organization. Must have master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, management information systems, information technology, engineering (any), or related field, plus two years of it experience. The two years must include two years of experience with sql server, oracle, & informatica. In lieu of a master's degree and two years of it experience, will accept bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, computer applications, computer information systems, management information systems, information technology, engineering (any), or related field, plus five years of progressive post-bachelor's it experience. The five years must include two years of experience with sql server, oracle, & informatica. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the us may be required up to and no more than 10%, based on hexaware's business needs, and will be reimbursed by employer.
