Job Description
This Atlassian Administrator will manage and maintain our on-premise Atlassian Data Center products, including JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. Your responsibilities will include performing regular system backups, applying updates and patches, restoring environments as needed, and monitoring system performance. You will collaborate with team members and end users to address requests such as creating custom fields or configuring projects, and you’ll ensure seamless integration with our identity provider (Okta). Additionally, you will address technical debt, troubleshoot issues, and uphold security and compliance standards, including HIPAA requirements, all while working remotely during Pacific Time hours.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Linux administration experience.
3+ years of hands-on Atlassian administration (Data Center/on-premise).
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Experience integrating with identity providers such as Okta
Experience supporting enterprise environments and secure data.
Prior experience addressing technical debt in enterprise systems. - Experience with HIPAA-compliant environments.
Familiarity with scripting or automation related to Atlassian tools.
Experience with Okta IDP null
