Our client is a leading general contractor and builder with a long history of delivering
public, institutional, and large-scale ground-up projects
across the five boroughs. Known for their strong reputation and ability to execute highly technical work, they partner with agencies such as the SCA, DDC, and EDC. With a growing pipeline of significant projects, they are seeking proven Project Managers to strengthen their team and deliver on upcoming builds.
Job Description
Lead all phases of assigned projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Oversee contract administration, change orders, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and client requirements. Collaborate with ownership and agency representatives to maintain smooth project execution. The Successful Applicant
7-15 years of Project Management experience within
NYC public projects
(commercial, residential, institutional). Strong track record managing
large-scale ground-up projects . Proficiency in
BIM, Revit, and 2D/3D modeling tools . Agency project experience (SCA, DDC, EDC, jails, public institutions) strongly preferred. Previous experience with top-tier builders (e.g., Gilbane, Turner, STO, AECOM) is a plus. What's on Offer
