Cook Position
VR CPC Holdings, Inc. dba Park City Mountain Resort is looking to fill Cook positions in Summit County (Park City), Utah. This is a temporary full-time peak load position and we are looking to fill 44 job openings for employment from November 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. Responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute, prepare and ensure quality service in our culinary operations. Perform daily back of house culinary tasks to deliver excellent culinary service to resort guests, including but not limited to the following: setting and stocking work stations as necessary; preparing a wide variety of basic to complex menu items; and assisting other cooks as needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a minimum of 2 years of cooking experience. At least $22.00/per hour, at least 35 hrs/wk, Saturday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (schedule, hours and shifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $33.00/per hour. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will reimburse or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job. Optional housing is available on a limited basis at a bi-weekly cost of $303.00 to $340.00, depending on the unit type, number of beds in the unit, and the number of people living in the unit. A license deposit of $250 is due prior to check-in. With employee's voluntary consent, housing costs may be deducted from paycheck.
