Activities:
Verify raw, partially prepped, and finished food meets quality standards
Accurately measure and weigh ingredients while following workstation procedures
Prepare, mix, cook, freeze, and package products according to specifications
Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors immediately
Complete Quality Assurance training, including food safety, allergens, hygiene, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP requirements
Requirements:
Understanding of measurements (weight, volume, temperature)
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (Spanish a plus)
Culinary or food preparation experience preferred
Minimum of 6th Grade education required; High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required

Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (with some tasks requiring 55+ lbs heavy lifting)

Temperature-controlled areas: 45-60ºF; coolers 25-40ºF; freezers as low as -10ºF
Proximity to food prep and packaging equipment, requiring adherence to strict safety guidelines
Fast-paced production environment requiring neat uniform and hygiene
