Responsibilities

• Support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts in Orlando, FL as an experienced Business Analyst.
• Serve as a liaison among stakeholders, aligning business needs with IT capabilities.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into solutions, scope projects, and estimate costs and timelines.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage application sustainment, working closely with vendors and development staff.
• Translate requirements into design specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct elicitation activities and requirements walkthroughs, obtaining sign-offs.
• Manage requirements traceability and develop project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, SharePoint, and OneNote.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and basic technology structures.
• Availability to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Previous hospitality or theme park experience is a plus.
