IT Business Analyst

Hybrid- Sandy Springs, GA

Must be local to the Atlanta area and able to work a Hybrid schedule

Duration: 6+ month contract with possible extensions

Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 3 days a week onsite

Rate: $40-$50 hourly w2

Our client in the Atlanta area is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure that IT projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise with Excel and Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in the testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to recommend solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local to the Atlanta area and can work hybrid schedule.
