We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team! As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Job: On site Location: Tampa, FL Pay Range: $950-$1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficient with computers and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
