The Company is in search of a Vice President of Development to spearhead a dynamic, donor-focused fundraising strategy that is in line with its mission to enhance the physical and mental well-being of children. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy that supports the Foundation's 10-year Sustainable Revenue Plan. This includes leading major gift fundraising, stewardship of high-net-worth donors, and collaborating with the executive team to ensure alignment in priorities and messaging. The role also involves growing the Foundation's assets, expanding philanthropic services, and engaging with professional advisors and planned giving partners.

Applicants for the Vice President of Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (CFRE certification or advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in endowment fundraising, planned giving, and campaign strategy. The role requires a proven track record in major gifts and donor engagement, as well as experience in working with Boards, financial advisors, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to children's health, equity, and community-based philanthropy are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and will be a strategic leader with a passion for the Foundation's mission.
