About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission with a focus on strategic vision, operational oversight, and the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, relational leader with a passion for growing organizations, building strong teams, and nurturing a positive and inclusive culture. Key responsibilities for the CEO include financial stewardship, organizational development, team leadership, and program excellence. This role demands a leader who can navigate industry regulations, champion client rights, and advance the company's mission and values. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to shape and guide the organization's vision, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and empower the Executive Leadership Team to deliver integrated systems and services that enhance client experiences.
The ideal CEO will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a human services organization, with a proven track record in executive leadership and a deep understanding of the principles and best practices in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They must be a transparent and unifying leader, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role also requires a person-centered leader who can mobilize staff and stakeholders toward a common goal, and who is adept at strategic planning, problem-solving, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
