About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance – Product & Technology to be the strategic finance leader and principal advisor to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. This executive will be responsible for enhancing financial performance, guiding investment strategies, and ensuring that product and technology initiatives are in line with the company's business objectives. The role involves serving as the primary commercial finance partner, leading the deployment and governance of high-impact investment cases, and aligning product and technology roadmaps with business unit objectives. The SVP will also be instrumental in developing long-range financial forecasts, leading financial aspects of M&A and transformation initiatives, and directing enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior leadership experience in finance, business administration, or related fields, with at least 10 years' at the executive level in large-scale, global organizations. Advanced qualifications in finance, commerce, or business are required, along with a proven track record in implementing robust financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international market dynamics and experience in leading finance teams through transformation. The role demands a leader who can champion the company's values and is adept at building and scaling high-performing teams. The SVP will also be expected to institutionalize strategic financial practices and ensure the consistent application of financial principles across the organization.
