About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Finance for Global Supply Chain. This executive will be the primary finance leader and strategic partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, overseeing financial planning and analysis, operational cost management, strategic sourcing finance, inventory control, and supply chain finance transformation. The successful candidate will be a proven change agent with global experience, deep financial acuity, and the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed organization. Responsibilities include leading the annual strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, developing and monitoring KPIs, and driving cost optimization and operational excellence. The role also involves team leadership, championing automation and analytics, and collaborating with senior leaders across various functions.
Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a VP-level role within a global manufacturing or supply chain environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and FP&A, and a proven track record of driving transformation and leading global teams. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial planning tools is essential. The role demands a leader with strong executive presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level, as well as a commitment to driving financial discipline and efficiency across the supply chain and manufacturing functions.
