About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief for its Musculoskeletal Radiology Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that is integral to the care of a diverse patient population, including trauma patients, athletes, and those with musculoskeletal conditions ranging from arthritis to bone and soft tissue tumors. The role involves providing outstanding interpretative services for a variety of imaging studies, as well as delivering consultative services to professional sports teams and local educational institutions. The Chief will also be actively involved in cutting-edge research, teaching, and maintaining clinical and research relationships with other medical departments to foster a dynamic and robust environment.
Applicants for the Chief, Musculoskeletal Radiology position must have an MD or DO degree, completed an ACGME accredited diagnostic radiology residency, and have fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Board certification by the American Board of Radiology is required, and membership on a professional staff is desired. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a clinical division or an equivalent level of operational experience, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior leadership experience and a proven track record of increasing responsibility, preferably in an academic setting, are also necessary. The Chief will be expected to participate in multidisciplinary conferences and contribute to the teaching and training of medical students and residents.
