About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical and Placement Services to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a comprehensive continuum of care for youth, ensuring that all services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate. This role involves leading the integration of clinical and placement functions, representing the organization in regulatory and community partnerships, and providing executive oversight of the child-placing agency. The Vice President will also be involved in the recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality foster families, as well as the clinical supervision and development of mental health staff.
Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, clinical licensure in the State of Texas, and a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in related settings. Essential skills include a comprehensive understanding of Texas DFPS licensing regulations, experience with program development, and a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in youth mental health and child placement services, experience with faith-informed or values-based nonprofit organizations, and familiarity with rural community dynamics. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and the ability to obtain a Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPAA) license may be required.
