About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Integrated Health to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its medical and behavioral health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all health programs align with Medicaid Managed Care requirements and are delivered in accordance with evidence-based best practices. This role involves direct supervision of key health service staff, representing the agency with external partners, and managing Medicaid policy issues and advocacy. The SVP will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with regulations, collaborating with fiscal and impact and strategy divisions, and using data to drive programmatic decisions.
Applicants must be Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Medicaid policy and implementation, and a strong background in child and family services. The position requires a leader with a proven track record in program development, strong supervisory skills, and a commitment to a strength-based, youth and family development, and trauma-informed approach. The SVP will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop new initiatives and ensure the integration of health functions across the agency. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and excellent communication skills are essential.
