About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of supporting community volunteers who advocate for children and youth in foster care and the juvenile justice system. The successful candidate will be a trustworthy, organized, and caring leader, responsible for ensuring programmatic excellence, operational integrity, and the development of strong community partnerships. Key duties include overseeing advocacy programs to ensure compliance with state and local laws, supervising all operational and financial matters, directing talent acquisition and HR functions, and serving as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization. The Executive Director will also be a dynamic partner with the Board of Directors, working collaboratively to advance the company's goals.
