About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead and enhance its financial operations. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include overseeing all accounting functions, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting. The role also involves managing the annual fiscal year-end audit, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and leading a high-performing finance team. The VP of Finance will be instrumental in driving the company's success by refining financial processes, providing strategic guidance, and supporting business development with financial planning.

Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. An active CPA or CMA certification is required, along with at least 8 years of progressive financial experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
