About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Neurorehabilitative Services to lead the strategic and operational planning of all therapy services. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the President and CEO, and will be responsible for staffing, directing personnel, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive neurorehabilitation care. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong clinical background, at least 5 years of management experience in a relevant therapy field, and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in a complex, dynamic environment. The VP will also be involved in risk management and will work in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Hospital Services to maintain a seamless mechanism for quality care.
