About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Neurorehabilitative Services to lead the strategic and operational planning of all therapy services. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the President and CEO, and will be responsible for staffing, directing personnel, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive neurorehabilitation care. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong clinical background, at least 5 years of management experience in a relevant therapy field, and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes in a complex, dynamic environment. The VP will also be involved in risk management and will work in collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Hospital Services to maintain a seamless mechanism for quality care.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Neurorehabilitative Services at the company will be an engaging and visible leader, inspiring teams to work together toward a shared vision. They should be proactive, operationally focused, and results-oriented, with a history of successful collaboration with physicians and hospital leaders. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, along with a strong administrative skill set.
