About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for serving as the chief strategist, public representative, and operational leader of the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for advancing the mission, stewarding financial and human resources, and overseeing programming, fundraising, and institutional partnerships. Core responsibilities include guiding the strategic direction and long-term vision, representing the organization to government, media, donors, and the general public, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's core values. The CEO leads fundraising strategies, cultivates donor and partner relationships, manages daily operations and financial systems, and acts as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of executive leadership, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
