The SVP will work closely with the college's leadership team, including the President, to align philanthropic opportunities with institutional vision and will be expected to lead a high-performing team, strengthen board engagement, and ensure that the foundation's culture and practices reflect national best standards in advancement and data-informed philanthropy.
