About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead its global talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing the employer brand, creating an exceptional candidate experience, and building a diverse, high-performing talent pipeline to support the company's various brands. This leadership role involves developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, leading a team, and partnering with senior leadership to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent. The VP will also be responsible for championing diversity and inclusion, overseeing recruitment for a wide range of roles, and analyzing the effectiveness of recruiting programs.

Applicants for the VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a management position, and a strong understanding of the retail fashion business. Experience in the apparel, fashion, or advertising industry is preferred, and international experience is a plus. The role requires a candidate with executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing teams, be results-oriented, and possess a passion for contemporary culture.
