JOB SUMMARY
as a
Commercial Document Assembly Specialist
at our law firm you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as copying, scanning, collating, binding, and assembling a high volume of court pleadings for proper filing with the Courts and mailing to the appropriate parties, but not limited to: Generate pleadings and other legal documents for attorney review. File documents with the courts via the traditional and electronic filings methods. Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing. Handle client communication, including inquiries from new or existing clients, and accurately provide client updates when requested or at the direction of the Dept.'s manager or attorneys; All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
50 WPM typing skills Ability to move quickly in a high-volume and fast-paced environment High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task Digital dexterity to fold/stuff/seal large numbers of letters Have a valid driver's license 1 year of mailroom and industry experience a plus. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations Ability to provide a positive attitude under time constraints Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, lift, or carry up to 20 pounds COMPETENCIES

- This position requires up to 0-5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
