HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work of the agency's facilities, including historical buildings (1800s-1900s era) spanning over 40,000 square feet with multiple floors and elevators. This position requires specialized expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general facility maintenance, as well as the ability to evaluate complex maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors for major repairs.
The Maintenance Technician II is expected to perform high-level troubleshooting, manage preventative maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
General Maintenance and Repair of Buildings, Facilities, Equipment, and Grounds
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems. Troubleshoot and maintain aging infrastructure, including outdated wiring, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems. Schedule and oversee major repairs and vendor-contracted work when necessary. Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans to extend building life expectancy. Conduct routine building inspections to confirm compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Ensure elevators remain in service, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating inspections. Maintain and repair historical flooring, tile work, stairways, and window structures. Extermination & Pest Control Responsibilities
Oversee pest control measures and implement strategies for long-term rodent mitigation. Work with exterminators to ensure proper procedures are followed and prevent re-infestation. Maintain pest prevention logs and compliance records. Safety & Compliance Responsibilities
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, fire codes, ADA requirements, and environmental health standards. Conduct routine compliance inspections and address any identified hazards. Identify and report structural vulnerabilities that require urgent remediation. Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Work directly with licensed electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists for major repairs. Obtain vendor estimates and coordinate contractor schedules for outsourced work. Maintenance Ticketing & Documentation
Update maintenance tickets daily and track the status of ongoing repair work. Respond to and follow up on maintenance tickets in adherence to the department's Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure tasks are completed within the expected timelines. Maintain detailed logs of work completed, inspections, and vendor invoices. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 5+ years of verifiable track record in facility maintenance, demonstrating expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or structural repair. Required certifications: EPA Section 608 (for HVAC systems), and/or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
or
an equivalent trade license, and/or OSHA 30 certification. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues in aging infrastructure and outdated building systems. Demonstrated proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Preferred but not required.
