Job Description
Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Location:
Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Work Hour:
Part Time 40 hours/Month (Business Hour 8-5)

Salary:
$21.50 - $24.00 / Hour
【Responsibilities and Duties】
Validate, process, and manage various marketing-related data, including sales data, operational data, customer acquisition/cancellation data, and customer account information Carefully review and verify data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards Process and format data using Excel and other systems for reporting and operational use Communicate with stakeholders, including corporate partners, customers, and internal departments, to facilitate data coordination Generate reports and summaries based on processed data to support internal decision- making and business operations Ensure data accuracy and identify inconsistencies for resolution Support internal teams by maintaining and improving data workflows Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes 【Work Experience】
Experience in marketing/operational administrative work or data processing, particularly handling business related data Understanding of business operations and experience working with multiple stakeholders Preferred
Experience or interest in process optimization and workflow improvement 【Requirements】
Advanced proficiency in Excel
(pivot table, vlookup, hlookup, sumif, sumifs, Strong knowledge of formatting techniques, ensuring data clarity and consistency. etc) Strong ability to work with high-volume data (100,000+ records) for statistical and business analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to thoroughly review and analyze data for accuracy and consistency Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve data discrepancies Understanding of business operations and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with multiple stakeholders Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to workflow enhancements Adaptability to new business requirements, product updates, and partner system changes A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks and workflows Business-level English
