We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is responsible for organizing resources, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accountability across all phases of a project. The Project Manager will establish objectives, monitor performance, and uphold quality standards while driving communication, change management, and progress toward business goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, adjusting forecasts and timelines as needed. Manage budgets and cost estimates, seeking approval for any changes in scope, cost, or resources. Oversee projects throughout their full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Monitor project performance, track milestones, and ensure alignment with critical paths and dependencies. Anticipate risks, establish contingency plans, and implement corrective actions when needed. Maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports and proposals, and deliver presentations to leadership and project sponsors. Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements for future initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business priorities, and ensure they are communicated clearly to all stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication and transparency. Build and maintain positive working relationships with executives, business units, vendors, and third-party consultants. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization by documenting best practices and lessons learned. Ensure stakeholders remain engaged by providing timely updates and addressing questions, concerns, or risks proactively. Support the development of business cases, including benefit analyses and plans for tracking outcomes. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results. Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to promote professional growth and team development. Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project methodologies, and PMO frameworks. Foster a team culture built on transparency, adaptability, and shared accountability for success. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that contractual obligations are met. Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiation of terms. Monitor vendor and contract performance using KPIs, identify underperformance, and implement improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with statements of work (SOWs), agreements, and procurement policies. Research suppliers and market trends to support sourcing decisions and maintain awareness of industry best practices. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies. Support process automation and documentation to increase efficiency and ensure consistency across initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS Required:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts, or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and leading IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or infrastructure initiatives. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as SDLC, PMLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Visio) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or equivalent project management software. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus across diverse groups. Proven success managing medium-to-large, complex projects that involve multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Customer-focused approach, consistently delivering quality service to both internal and external partners. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering reports, presentations, and project updates to senior leadership. Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues effectively, and adapt quickly to changing demands. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to identify challenges and implement solutions proactively. Preferred:

Industry knowledge or experience in construction, building, or related fields. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing. Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or comparable. Experience with project portfolio management tools, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
