This position is Hybrid with 3 days in office.

The

Project Manager

is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include: Project Management Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate efforts of team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Manage deliverables, tasks, resources, and major milestones across the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, and closing. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Develop full-scale project plans, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Relationship Management

Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. Manage vendor relations, procurement, and performance monitoring. Communicate relevant project information clearly and consistently to all stakeholders. Act as liaison with senior business and IT leadership. People Management

Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project teams to encourage accountability and positive performance. Provide feedback and participate in performance management cycles. Promote a collaborative team culture where continuous learning and development are valued. Contract & Sourcing Management

Oversee supplier performance against KPIs and contractual obligations. Identify under-performance and develop improvement strategies. Review business cases, negotiate contracts, and manage sourcing activities. Specific qualifications for the position include : Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts. 3+ years of experience managing medium to large IT projects (new system implementations, upgrades, enhancements). Strong knowledge of SDLC, PMLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Project Management systems. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and listening skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing. Agile certification (CSM or equivalent). Experience with PPM tools, Azure DevOps, or Jira. Building or construction industry experience. Pay Rate Range :

$

82.66 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
