Job Description

Ensures the effective coordination and execution of the dual credit program's instructional, operational, and partnership logistics. Manages instructor onboarding and credentialing processes, organizes curriculum alignment meetings and partnership events, updates public-facing materials and internal records, and serves as primary contact for instructors, students, and college departments. Collaborates with academic divisions and high school partners to finalize schedules, facilitate placement testing and credit by exam processes, and support student readiness and communication.

Responsibilities

Leads and supports collaborative initiatives related to dual credit enrollment and student services, typically involving coordination across departments and partners, including but not limited to registration, scheduling, orientation, and system troubleshooting.

Oversees specialized program logistics by coordinating with academic departments and student services at both the College and partnering high school districts-managing cohort scheduling, maintaining program timelines and documentation, and collaborating with high school success coaches to ensure smooth and accurate implementation.

Oversees and facilitates the dual credit registration process by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate student enrollment, developing individualized schedules, preparing orientation materials, and resolving registration issues within Banner.

Manages student records by processing out-of-district documentation, assessing fees, and maintaining accurate enrollment and registration data.

Develops and finalizes course schedules in collaboration with district partners and academic divisions, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of dual credit offerings.

Oversees specialized program logistics by coordinating cohort-based programs and maintaining timelines and documentation for all program schedules.

Generates and submits reports for dual credit enrollment to campus partners, including compiling data for the bookstore.

Facilitates the end-to-end onboarding and credentialing process for dual credit instructors by coordinating with academic deans and Human Resources, managing credential documentation and compliance tracking, and ensuring timely review of qualifications in alignment with institutional and ICCB standards.

Manages key aspects of instructional support by coordinating the distribution of faculty login credentials, maintaining accurate instructional records, and ensuring organized, up-to-date syllabi and database information to support teaching continuity and compliance.

Coordinates efforts to enhance instructional quality by facilitating classroom observations and professional development activities, overseeing faculty stipend processes, and serving as a resource to instructors for curriculum and course implementation support.

Serves as primary contact for students, parents, and instructors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

Plans and leads partnership events-including orientations, curriculum alignment meetings, and annual Dual Credit events by coordinating logistics, developing agendas, facilitating engagement, and fostering collaboration among college and high school stakeholders to strengthen academic partnerships and program alignment.

Facilitates external partnerships by acting as liaison between institutions, supporting cross-institutional coordination of course offerings and instructional logistics.

Oversees the creation and distribution of program communications by coordinating with advisors to develop content, review promotional materials, and ensure accessibility standards are met.

Leads assessment initiatives by implementing Credit by Exam processes and coordinating placement assessments for dual credit students.

Maintains digital resources by regularly updating the dual credit website to ensure accurate and accessible program information.

Contributes to institutional initiatives by participating in cross-training, providing backup support, and serving on divisional and college-wide committees.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

Two years' experience in student services or academic coordination required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, including presentation development required. Experience with Oracle, Banner, Cognos, or other student management/data systems preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse populations. Preferred ability to build collaborative relationships with high school and college partners.
