About the Role

The Senior Manager, Planner is responsible for managing and planning the retail, gross and NET sales plans in each of their business channels in partnership with the Senior Key Account Manager and Director. They will consistently analyze their business and partner with the retail partner planners to analyze inventory to improve key performance indicators and drive key category penetration. The Senior Manager, Planner is responsible for partnering with the Sr Key Account Manager to drive the overall business of the channels of wholesale that they are responsible for.

Responsibilities :

Partner with Assistant Planner to manage day-to-day planning responsibilities Create specific strategies in partnership with Sr KAM and Director for each channel of business (Ulta) to successfully achieve annual sales plans, productivity improvement and market share growth Analyze the overall business results to effectively prioritize the appropriate area of focus to maximize results Accurately assess the ongoing business results and priorities, helping the retail channel to improve weeks of supply and inventory on hand to optimize the business turnover Analyze the business and collaborate cross functionally to identify ways to test sales driving techniques, sharing success stories across the organization to win together Provide communication to Sr KAM, Director and CRO US regarding health of business via turnover, performance by category, anticipated changes in sales and promotion required to mitigate returns Manage planning for Orveon Collective of brands; currently inclusive of Laura Mercier, bareMinerals and Buxom Cosmetics Run weekly Retail reporting and present to cross-functional teams as needed with Assistant Planner Oversee inventory management by communicating key OOS concerns, stock opportunities, discontinuations and phase-in/phase-outs Build forecasts for all new launches and align with internal teams; need to validate retailer quantities based on benchmarks provided by marketing; negotiate with retailers to maximize opportunity and mitigate liability Build forecasts for promo and secondary opportunity to drive sales Act as key point of contact with Demand Planning team regarding changes in demand and sell thru to protect core, newness, promo and secondary in an effort to drive sales Build and maintain excellent relationships with retailer merchants and planners Execute job responsibilities with a “can-do” solution oriented and “teamwork” approach QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in a planning role Cosmetic experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills Ability to demonstrate independent decision-making and problem solving Excellent oral and written communication skills Positive team player attitude Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Pay Transparency-

One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is 117,500 $156,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
