KAYAK is seeking an Engineer to join our diverse and dynamic Email Marketing Team. In this role, youll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing specialists to design and scale a world-class marketing platform. Youll help build and optimize systems that deliver personalized, meaningful messages to millions of usersencouraging engagement and keeping KAYAK top-of-mind for travelers.
Note: This is a hybrid work role for candidates who can join at least 3 days per week in-office.
In this role, you will:
Develop and improve backend services handling large-scale messaging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and build features
Debug and optimize full-stack solutions
Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues from globally distributed teams
Please apply if you have:
Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Strong proven programming skills in Java
Experience with APIs, SQL.
Experience with JavaScript, React,HTML and CSS is a plus
A collaborative mindset and openness to learning and sharing ideas
