We are seeking motivated Customer Service Associates to join our clients growing team in Salem, NH. - Location: Salem, MA
- Base pay: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr + biweekly performance bonuses .
- Earn $22.00-$27.00 per hour on average with bonus (Top performers earn $30+/hr)!
- $1,000 Welcome Bonus + 3 PTO days offered once converted to permanent employee
- Tuesday-Saturday: Tues-Fri 10:30 AM-7:00 PM & Sat 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Monday-Friday: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
- Provide professional, customer-friendly support on inbound and outbound calls
- Handle account inquiries, resolve disputes, and negotiate solutions within company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (FDCPA, UDAAP, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures
- Contribute to a respectful, positive, and solutions-focused work environment
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
- Basic math and computer skills
- Receptive to feedback and open to learning
- Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must successfully pass a background check & drug test
